HOW WE OFFER SUPPORT

OUR MISSION

Our mission at Heart Finn Foundation is to offer patient and family support for those experiencing the illness of a child. 

FINN KITS

Our most significant activity to date is creating and distributing "Finn Kits", creative activity kits for children and their families. Our focus for support began with Boston Children’s Hospital, where Finn was cared for, and with the help of family, friends and community members, we donate 200 Finn Kits each month. We have received an immense amount of support from Childlife specialists, Physicians and Trust Directors of the hospital on this project.

We have most recently partnered with Children’s HeartLink, an amazing group working to transform pediatric heart care in underserved parts of the world. They were so kind to provide an opportunity to spread Finn’s love globally and expand our support to those with more limited resources. Children’s HeartLink has brought Finn kits to their affiliate heart hospitals in both India and Vietnam. We are grateful for the opportunity to spread joy to heart patients, like Finn, around the world.

PATIENT AND FAMILY SUPPORT

As we develop our non-profit, these Finn Kits will be an important part of our activities, but we will also plan to incorporate expanded support to children receiving care and their families through financial assistance, housing, food and other means of activity and play as a family.
