Kathryn Reddy
Kathryn (Katie) Reddy is a dedicated professional in the cardiac healthcare industry, passionately committed to advancing pediatric congenital heart disease treatment for children around the world. Currently, she served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at PrepMD, where she leverages her extensive network to forge strategic alliances with medical device manufacturers and healthcare providers in the cardiac sector.
With over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, Katie has played a pivotal role in expanding PrepMD’s corporate training solutions, cardiac staffing across U.S. hospitals, and remote monitoring for cardiac electrophysiology devices. Her background includes significant contributions in clinical trial work, sales, marketing, and management at Meditech, Eli Lilly and Boston Scientific. Notably, Katie was instrumental in the clinical training and international commercialization of the first FDA-approved left atrial closure device.
Katie attended the University of Connecticut and resides just outside of New York City with her family, where she enjoys spending her downtime with her two young children. She is Vice President of the board for the Heart Finn Foundation.

Jane O'Neal, BSN, RN
With 45 years of experience as a pediatric registered nurse, Jane O'Neal brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the HeartFinn Foundation. Having spent her career caring for medically complex children in both hospital and home care settings, Jane has witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by families and children affected by heart-related health issues. She recently retired from her position as a pediatric palliative care nurse advocating for families who care for their medically complex children at home. As both a mother of four and a seasoned healthcare professional, Jane understands the heartache and hope that accompany children born with heart defects, drawing on her own experiences to fuel her mission of support and advocacy.
In addition to her professional expertise, Jane has been a dedicated volunteer throughout her life. She has served as a board of director at her children’s preschool, participated actively in her community's PTA, and contributed to her church as a Eucharistic minister and volunteer for the food ministry, helping those in need. Currently, Jane also volunteers at a therapeutic riding stable, working with disabled individuals to provide support and encouragement.
Through the HeartFinn Foundation, Jane aims to combine her extensive nursing experience and her personal understanding of the emotional and physical toll that heart disease can have on families. Her mission is to offer compassionate care, resources, and a strong community of support to children and families navigating the challenges of heart-related health issues, ensuring they are never alone in their journey.

Matt O'Neal

Kelsey O'Neal
Kelsey O'Neal brings 12+ years' experience in the professional services sector and is currently an Executive Director with the leadership advisory firm, Heidrick & Struggles (HSII). In this role, she advises executives on the growing leadership-level independent talent market, specializing in interim placements for corporate officer roles. Previously, Kelsey was a leader in the international division of The Advisory Board Company.
In addition to her work in the corporate sector, Kelsey is fulfilled by her volunteer efforts for local organizations in areas including early childhood education, English as a second language, and animal rescue. She is honored to be a part of the Heart Finn Foundation, to bring comfort and joy to children facing significant medical challenges, and to extend the impact of her beautiful nephew, Finn.
Kelsey is a graduate of The George Washington University (B.A. 2012) and the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School (PLD 36 2023). She lives in Washington, DC and loves long walks, international travel, and playtime with her pup.

Michael Stanton
Michael Stanton brings over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector as a professional fundraiser. He has worked both nationally and internationally with organizations focused on youth development and education. Raising funds from individuals, corporations and foundations, his work has spanned Asia, Africa and the Americas with the primary goal of providing opportunities for young people to realize their potential and achieve their dreams.
Michael is Finn’s cousin and they share a special bond as Michael was the first member of the family diagnosed with congenital heart disease, specifically Tetralogy of Fallot. Heart Finn Foundation holds a special place in his heart because of his experience visiting the hospital throughout his childhood. As an adult living with congenital heart disease, Michael is passionate about providing support, comfort and opportunities to families faced with childhood illness.
Michael is a graduate of Stonehill College (B.A. 2013) and The George Washington University (M.A. 2020). He lives in Washington, D.C.
